I lived near to a forest for 5 years.
Lots of cute little furry animals.

In my case, I went out into my yard.
Which is close to the forest, with a recording device.
And anytime a strong super wind/breeze blew, I would immediately record it.
Multiple times, to get variation.

That’s one of the best ways to do it.
Same thing I did for bird sounds.

PS: When that strong wind blows through a forest, full of different types of trees.
It sounds Super Awesome!!
The leaves of the trees would rustle so loudly, you’d swear the forest was alive and raining hail stones.
