Ever since the forum change, I haven’t received a single email notification of private messages or subscribed threads. I’ve set the "and receive email notifications of replies" in the forum preferences about 10 times but it always goes back to being unchecked the next time I look. This is becoming a serious problem since I receive support requests through the forum sometimes for my asset store product.
What’s the solution to this?
This is getting tiresome. It simply will not stay checked. Regardless, even on threads that have it manually checked in them, I get no emails. Just tried changing my account email to something else then back. We’ll see…

Did you find a solution to either of your problems (1) no e-mail notifications or (2) the checkbox stubbornness?
I’m having (1) and hoped you might share your solution.
