The forum lags. Not long ago it was just a few minutes or hours per day that it lagged a bit. But now it is always. It is not that the lag is really big. But it is definitely too high. Between 15 and 30 seconds up to minutes seems to become normal nowadays. What doesnt sound much is half an eon when you wait for a page to load. Because you dont have to load the front page only. But also the new posts, entering a post you want to answer, etc. . And clicking the answerpost is another wait then.
It would be cool when the Unity staff could have a look at this.
EDIT, it took 43 seconds now from clicking at the submit button up to the point where the post was created then.
