Forum rules

Since we announced the initiative we have seen a fantastic and enthusiastic response from the community. Thanks!! In the interest of keeping the conversation ordered and valuable for everyone though, we are asking you to adhere to some simple forum guidelines.

1. We are going to create one official topic for each main game system or feature where we want the discussion to be centralised. This will ensure that information stays in one place, and avoids duplication.
You will find link to these discussions on the roadmap, to quickly track down where to start or continue the conversation. Here’s an example.

You can still create new threads about other things, of course. Good examples: queries and suggestions , or contributions not on the roadmap .

2. We will merge existing related threads into these Official discussions, so you can pick up on those conversations in one place.

Finally, keep in mind that this project is going to take months, and that it’s going to have many more tasks than the ones you see now on the roadmap.
So don’t rush. Take your time, discuss with the others, and plan your contributions. There is going to be space for everyone to give their input.

Update (29/10): Since the volume of new threads has decreased significantly (thanks!), we have removed the moderation queue, so your threads will now appear instantly as you post them. The above rules still apply.
