Sorry to ask here,
But I am having trouble finding solid, online communities (forums), where mobile gaming is the primary interest where you are allowed to promote your apps on them via thier forums. I am finding most do not have a forum or that self promotion is just not allowed. I am aware and have used Unity’s very handy thread on the subject, but Touch Arcade seems to be the only one where I can use the forums to promote. Anyone have any tips as to other solid sites which would allow this?
You can just post in the showcase forum or the WIP forum
I just dumped my game in the Touch Arcade forums, it didn’t take long to plummet onto page 2. Well, 98 views - maybe someone downloaded it 
There’s no harm in showcasing your work on the Unity forums but it is a developer forum moreso than a forum for gamers. Good for showing other devs what you can do and for getting some feedback, but probably not the best marketing tool for reaching a larger gamer audience.
I’d also like to know if anyone has a collection of forums they frequent for promotional purposes. I’ve done the rounds on the blogger / review sites, handing out promo codes and all that but not much in the way of forums.
