Fps different in Editor, than on builds

basically, the performance is good in Editor, and on pc and android builds bad.
either unplayably slow, or diff physicals.
I am using fps restriction too. Application.targetFrameRate = 120;
tried with 40fps targetframe and 200fps targetframe (in Editor OK)

even without, builds no function

okay, it might be workin on 5.02.
I think the collision matrix change was the reason, put all on default and build is ok

tried VSync too, but I think it was a matter of raycast on rigidbodies and some colliding physics issue, but got eventually worked out.
