FPS Hand stretching when looking up or down

I know this topic exist here but its not answered and very old i have same problem with this guys. When I look up and down Players arms stretching. Can someone help clearly?

I fixed the problem with making Player again so it fixed.I dont know how this bug happened but i delete the player and remaked it.
