Frame Debugger flicker issue

env : Unity 2021.2.4f1

When using Frame Debugger, pressing the Next frame button in Editor does not proceed to the next, but is randomly selected and blinking(flickering).

Frame Debugger is not available, and the same occurs even when Unity is reinstalled and other versions are installed.

There seems to be little reported content. Is there a way to use Frame Debugger?

This is a serious problem. The flickering is intense and anyone with seizure disorders will be impacted.
