I’m using a Framing Transposer and a Group Composer on a VC. When moving side to side there seems to be a small jitter. It’s a little hard to see in the gif and it’s easiest to look at part of the yellow debug box “inside” the cube.
I’m wondering what’s causing this and if there is any way to resolve it.

Not really seeing the jitter.
Sometimes there is apparent jitter when testing in Unity Editor with the inspector window visible. This is due to the overhead of editor UX messing with the framerate. It’s always best to test performance in a build, not in the editor. If you do check in the editor, make sure that no inspector window is displayed.
