Hello, i have a question. I would like know is that the free assets in the asset store can be used for a pay game?

Yes, exactly! You can use those free assets however you wish on your commercial game! You just can’t sell or redistribute those assets themselves on the Unity Asset Store or anywhere else, even if you modified them.
