I have been searching the net for a free Basic Character Model both Female and Male which have some basic animation like walking, jumping and sitting.
I want something that is semi-naked, wearing only underwear, with bald head.
I hope someone can give me some link.

you can’t do better than mixamo which is the industry standard - and indeed they offer many free models, and even free animations !
you will eventually have to use mixamo for all your human animation needs so away you go
Note that they have a large number of free animations for experimentation (marked FREE and ZERO CREDITS)
