Definitely, feel welcome to (free commecial and non-commercial use but you cannot resell my work). The block is made up of several instances easy to isolate so you can design entire town / city with this one segment. There is also a little texture space available in walkway_d where I suggest you place the door texture to make the set complete (2 textures total).

The texture looks good. And the models looks nice too. And thanks for showing the wire meshes. Your models look really neat. I must say.
