unity keeps freezing on the “Packaging Assets” phase while building. I restarted 3 times and same thing. I deleted the library folder and let unity generate it again and also turned off the global baked lighting thing.
What seems to be the problem?

Hi Abdo023, I’m not much of professional or anything but i faced the same problem and what worked for me was that i messed with some lighting settings and had so much stuff which was completely useless and after removing that and setting the settings to default,saved the project and closed it and shut down the pc and after some time restarted it and closed all the apps which eats my ram like a big fat hungry man eating a small pizza in one shot and opened unity and hitted the play button and when it started i closed it…it started the “Baking” process and after that saved the project again and started to build again and voila…it was done and i also have no idea what was wrong but these steps worked for me…in simple words Reset any changes that you made with lighting or android platform’s Player Settings and try removing the unwanted/not needed 3d models/scripts,etc and hope for the best!..Hope it’ll help u!..

Thanks. It turns out it was a problem with the asset I was using (Corgi Engine)
