Freezing of tracking Meta Quet

Hi everyone.

I’m having a really frustrating problem, the meta quest 2 freezes tracking at some random point.
The headset still work but all the scene mooves with the head and the joysticks are rendered in the wrong position, the problem persist in the meta quest home.

This is not happening with the meta quest 3.

Is anyone experiencing this problem? any solution?

Is unity, meta xr plugin, and oculus/meta integration updated?

Yes, Meta XR Core Sdk updated to 60.0.0

And the others?

No idea if it just is your app. I usually suggest to try in a blank or demo project

I don’t think it’s an app problem as the same apk works without problems in quest 3.
And when it happens in 2 the problem also persists in the quest 2 menu.

Does it happen in other apps tho?
What is the usage?

Is your app running out of memory on the Quest 2 not the 3 since the 3 has more? (Since your problem persists in the home afterward.)

What have you profiled so far? Use the profiler and logcat to see what’s happening.

No the memory is enought, i have to try to read the logs but it happens randmly so is hard
