From where i can make 3d car racing game 'scene and environments'

i want to create a scene like roads lighting, trees, game starting point ending point, for 3d car racing game but I don’t know from where i can build it can Anyone guide me plz.

Are you looking for assets? If so => search the Asset Store

There are also free assets if you look around. Kenney has lots, they are public domain (CC0) and there’s a racing kit.

If you want to learn making them yourself, try out Blender (free).

Find a “basics” tutorial and start from there. It will take a while to learn. You could also start by recreating or modifying the Kenney assets for learning purposes, and whereever you get stuck google for how to do that particular task or work around an issue.
