From which country Apple does pay you?

I don’t know where to put this so sorry if it’s in the wrong section.
I need to open a new bank account and I’m about to start selling on the app store.

Does Apple pay from USA for all regions? Or it pays from different countries for each region?
Is the payment still done for each region or it’s a single payment?
