Has this kit a mobile controller with touches? I want use it for android app.
Nope - but should be easy to add. Maybe if I will find some time I will make asset update and add touch control. But not in this month.

Is it possible to replace the fruit models by other models? What kind of UV maping must be used? Do your platform requires a single mesh model?

You can use models which you wanna - you only need uncuted model + cuted model - game will replace model after cut.
Its simple method - no fancy cutting mesh in realtime (waste of cpu)
