Hello, first thing first sorry in advance if the question looks weird or silly. But I want to know why my funnel analyzer update so slowly. For example on a certain Level Progression Tracker custom event, for data on 1st Nov it already reached around 200+ users recorded, but on the funnel it’s still analyzing around 160 users on the 2nd Nov / Today. On another game mode level tracker, the data on 1st Nov even reach 160 users to process and the funnel still stuck at around 20 users. Can someone please explain this? Thanks in advance.
It’s likely due to how your configured your funnel steps and the syntax of the events that you are sending, please share screenshots. It does take our system 8-16 hours to process events.
