This is very nice! My only suggestion is to get rid of the ivy. It is too flat on the side of the building and looks bad. Either use a mesh for the ivy and hang it on the side of the building or don’t use it it all. You could use a low poly plane with ivy texture and pull it a little from the walls.
Also, I suggest you submit to the asset store. You will get more sales here.
Thanks for the feedback! The Ivy is infact a low poly plane separate to the wall but didn’t come out very well in the render which makes it look like it’s part of the wall texture when that is not the case.
We are planning on adding our models to the asset store in the near future, just been putting it off since it’s needlessly complicated compared to Web markets.
Yeah, it is complicated. 
I guess I see the planes in the upper ivy, but not in the lower two. Maybe not have them wrap the corners.
The interiors are excellent, very realistic. The model looks nice and clean. I like!
