I wonder if Game Center is really usefull to a unity game? What kind of use expect of it?
I use only it to login the player. Maybe I do not use it at full potential.
Tell me.
Achievements and Leaderboards would be the most typical usecase for it.

GC will on ly allow user to reinstall game datas after erasing the game.
It might be better to use “Sign in with Apple” if you only need it for login.
