Game freezes when activating second display

Hey all, how would you go about troubleshooting this problem? I have a game I want to use 2 displays on a linux x86_64 target. When I call Display.displays[1].Activate() (I do verify the display [1] exists first) my game freezes up (works fine in the editor though). I even have that Activate call in a try catch block, but the game locks up anyway. The second display does have a different resolution than the first, but I can’t think of anything else out of the ordinary that I’m trying to accomplish. I tested this both on unity 2020.3.25f1 and 2022.3.9f1; same issue. I do have a camera set to render to display 2 in the scene, with a script attached whose start() function contains my call to activate the second display. It all works fine in the editor, but freezes when I run the game on my target machine. If I try to activate the display in the Start() function of the second camera’s script, the game just never appears to boot, but the OS process is still there. If I try to activate the screen mid-game, it just instantly freezes. Any tips would be appreciated!

I’m not entirely sure it is a bug; could just be my incompetence at the moment! I think I have it set up right, but I definitely could have missed something.
