I want to make 3D television on which will be other (2D) game, is it possible to render camera view from other scene on the tv screen (Plane)?

Unity - Scripting API: RenderTexture

Render textures are textures that can be rendered to.

They can be used to implement image based rendering effects, dynamic shadows, projectors, reflections or surveillance cameras.

One typical usage of render textures is setting them as the “target texture” property of a Camera (Camera.targetTexture), this will make a camera render into a texture instead of rendering to the screen.

Just saw this thread and also thought it might be worth mentioning that now in 5.6 you can play videos real time as well, so if you want to have videos playing on a television screen within your game now or something fancy like that you can.
