Game Objects change when zooming in game view

So I’m trying to create a retro Windows emulator with Unity, the icons and taskbar are placed where they’re supposed to be. However, when I try to enlarge the scene windows or the game view window, everything distorts: the icons jump out of their place, and the taskbar gets widened accordingly.
Just the placement that is off, everything works fine when I stretch out the window.
If possible, please explain as much as you can, I’m a non-English speaker so it might be a bit tricky for me to understand all the terms and expressions. Thanks!

“Scale with screen size” is the solution
