Does anyone know a good game publisher to release my game?.

In many cases the publisher comes to you (that’s if you have a game that is of interest to them).
Some infos would be helpful. What genre? What platform?
First question: do you have a game? If you don’t have a game, then make a game and stop worrying about publishers.
If you do have a game, try Steam Greenlight first. There’s a lot of competition, but getting on Steam is worth it.

Look for publishers of similar genres and matching platforms, but with nothing quite like your game. Then do an internet search for their contact details.
