My main question is: when a game is successfully accepted in the Apple Store (for iPhone o iPad), does it become available to all countries?

You can set it up to be whatever combination of countries you wish. The default choice is availability in all countries.

sorry for intrusion , could it also be uploaded from anywhere in the world also ?? … like paypal it is in some countries and not in others … in other words i could be in any part of the world and become an apple developer ??
