Hi folks,
I used to build games and training modules in Flash years ago and have just started with Unity. A constant problem with Flash was its dependence on the CPU, so anything elaborate ran like old custard.
Off the shelf PC computer games are visually complex so I assumed Unity built games would be similar, but now I’m seeing lots of warnings about keeping Unity games simple to avoid processing problems. Sounds like the issues I had with Flash. I can understand browser-based games clogging but will this be an issue if a game is resident in a computer?
Appreciate any advice.
