Game View is black when pressing play

Hi,

I’m new at unity and are doing the stealth tutorial project. When I came to the camera movement session, my game screen went black when I hit play. but the camera_main looks fine and doing what the script should do (I saw this when I selected the main camera in the hierarchy and got the Camera Preview in the scene view).

looked at some other forum post and checked the time scale is 1.
so do anyone know what the problem may be?

I’m using unity 4.2.2f1 Pro

Check your render settings.

Found my problem, I had written some bad code in the SceneFadeInOut script so when i hit play it went black and never got to trans.
