Games do not load Unity Web Player installed plugins and they are not supported

A. “ATTENTION! UNITY WEB PLAYER PLUGIN IS NOT INSTALLED!”
I have already installed Unity Web Player twice on each Browser…???

“YOUR BROWSER Google Chrome IS NOT SUPPORTED!”
“Google Chrome browser from version 42 and above disabled supports
of any NPAPI plugins (this includes Unity Web Player). So, the game (Contract Wars) will
not work with Chrome.”
Why must I redownload an other browser to simply have a nice time, playing a Unity Web Player plugin game???
Except that it is a waste of time, downloading and installing it, the extra Browser wastes my RAM memory
and my PC lags & is getting slow… Also, it needs a lot of storage which I haven’t…???
Why just for the easier way don’t ALL Browsers support NPAPI plugins???..

"Install any other browser, that support Unity : "

  1. Yandex.Browser (doesn’t support Unity Web Player)
    (recommended)

  2. Mozilla Firefox (doesn’t load Unity Web Player)

  3. Opera (“Sorry, Google Chrome can’t run this app
You are using Google Chrome that does not support the Unity Web
Player plugin needed to run this app.
We recommend using another browser, such as Internet Explorer,
    Firefox, Opera.”)

B. “We’re sorry, we can’t load this Unity Web Player game.
Unity Web Player games are no longer playable on Chrome, Firefox,
or Edge browsers.
Please try this game on Safari or Internet Explorer 11”

Internet Explorer 11+, Edge Browsers, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Yandex.Browser,
do NOT support Unity Web Player & NPAPI plugins… At least say it at the error…!
-I suggest Safari doesn’t support them either-

PLEASE support Unity Web Player and make Browsers & websites to recognise its installation!!!

All web browsers are phasing out external plugins. Unity cannot make them all change their minds about it. That’s simply ridiculous. Unity completely removed the web player years ago in 5.4 due to this issue, and shortly afterward added the WebGL build target which is compatible with all the latest major browsers. You should move any of your web player projects over to WebGL.

I know that support for the Webplayer was phased out a long time ago, but does anyone know what browsers continue to support it? I know Chrome doesn’t and Internet Explorer seems to. Any others?

Old browser versions from the time period where the webplayer was supported (3+ years ago).

Don’t surf anywhere else with the outdated version of a browser, because it will have open security issues.

I found this webpage: What Web Browsers Support the Unity Web Player? : Vived Learning / Netter 3D Anatomy Support

Your link is from 3 years ago.

Yes, I am aware of that. But it is the most complete (and accurate) information I’ve been able to find.
