Hi Guys,

I have a new Unity3D prefab out, GameVersion.

It’s a prefab which lets you show version information in-game, synchronising with an online MySQL database (via a PHP callback page).

You can show current version information and notes in-game, pop-up new version announcements in-game and create download links to take the player direct to your downloads site. It also includes in-game version history information so that your players can see how the game has progressed over the releases.

There’s also a filly graphical version database management page for editing/adding your version information.

Thanks Mikegames, I’m glad it’s appealing. I’ve had some sales of the prefab though I’ve yet to get any proper feedback, if you do end up buying it, I’d love to hear what you think :slight_smile:

This seems great, but I have had no luck setting it up. Bought it and put it in my game, but I’m a complete idiot on how to set up my site to send it info… a tutorial would have been nice. Any help is welcome of course :wink:
