I have been publishing assets in the Unity Asset Store for some time. Now I recently gor an e-mail from someone asking me if they could have a voucher code from one of my packages and rin return they would want to write me a review
Now my questions would be: Is something like this common? Would you advise me to do this or not? And if I decide to do it, how would I get hold a voucher code?

So this would effectively be a paid review, ie you’d be paying them to review with a copy of the asset.
I dont know the Asset Store agreements for sellers, but I would assume that that wasnt allowed, and that it might even put you at risk of suspension from the Store.
The ‘review for freebies’ thing is as old as the hills, I’d see rejection of that kind of grift as the sign of a more sensible seller, TBH.
If it weren’t tolerated by the UAS, a lot of assets would have to be removed. The asset store review system shows when an asset was gifted to the reviewer. I tend to ignore those in my evaluations.
Yeah, but I’d assume the ‘gifting’ thing wasnt actually intended to be used to trade for reviews.
I’d still be surprised if the terms of the Asset Store didnt disallow paid reviews; I specifically didnt comment on what the level of enforcement of what that was, though.
also, they might as well distribute your asset in other websites then (of course they could buy and do the same, but now for free).
