Genshin Impact D3D11 errors

Hello, trying to run genshin impact, a game builded with unity, a few people including myself are getting weird errors regarding shader blob size and d3d11 unable to create 2D textures…

For help with running an individual game your best bet will be to contact the developer of that game or post on their forums. I know but I think i will get this error anyway for all games made with unity with direct3d11. I just want to know more about those errors nature if possible.

If you have errors with all sorts of games, there’s something wrong with your computer. In your logs it says you’re using Windows 8.1, so maybe you could try updating your drivers and DirectX?

As said above, the Unity forums are meant for developers helping each other. If you need help with a game, ask the game developer who made that game - either via email or their forum (if available).

Your graphics card (and overall system?) is likely too old to run that game. See the official system requirements:

The minimum requirement is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030, while you have a NVIDIA GeForce 840M.

There are people who get this game running on a 840M, and I have a friend with the same issue using a GT 1050.
My old 4th gen i5 integrated card boot the game with no errors, so i don’t think an old gpu is the issue…
