Just wanted to share a quick prototype I threw together - block-based world editing on a spherical planet:
GeoMod
If you add a block too close to the player you will fall through the world - just jump your way out if this happens. You can jump repeatedly in the air to sort-of fly too.
Haha that’s pretty cool! Though I will admit when I saw GeoMod, I got excited and thought it was a Unity version of the old GeoMod, oh well.
It gets really slow anytime you look down at the ground. Other than that, not too shabby.
That’s pretty cool. If you accidentally remove blocks to the ground all the way its like a puzzle getting to the surface, it was fun.
