Hey,
I always wanted to make a story-heavy game, however I’m not a writer, I couldn’t come up with an amazing script but I think I managed to deliver the message. The game is quite heavy, deals with anxiety, depression problems. I would really appreciate any feedback.
Here’s a gameJolt link to it

Thanks!
Writings not bad, for what it is. Music is perfect and the art seems aptly simplistic.
It’s a good concept and I appreciate the way you handled it. I wrote some short stories about similar subjects a while back and imagined making them into a short narrative based game like this.
It’s definitely a good beginning and with layers of polish and an expanded story and characters could be quiet nice. Simple as it was, I wanted to get to the finish, but I’m sorry I couldn’t help our main character choose a different outcome. Keep up the good work.
ouch, this was quite harsh, i wished I could have done anything more before the end, it felt so abrupt (like showing more of whats actually happening, playing through those days and months and weeks to actually get the feeling, the monotoneous checking for a message every day, getting up every day, making every day harder to get up (take longer) and world slowly fading into greyness, making the player actually play through the hopelessness and waiting, the pure text of how long he didn’t hear from her with just few images wasn’t really making me feel like he was slipping where he got to in the end.
Otherwise I think the biggest part of the game is done greatly :o, the music, the loneliness, the awkwardness of trying to interact with people etc. (is there btw. an option to not pick up the scarf?)
