Getting ~6 Installs per mille with a good bid for US, getting ~200 impressions per day

Hi Guys,
I’m running a campaing for a mobile app,
My main creative is getting 5.58 installs per mille, 7% CTR, 7.89% install rate, some fairly good numbers.
Despite getting proper results and spending accordingly in the last few days i’ve been getting around 200 impressions (starts) per day, i.e the campaign has 0 scale.
WTF? the results are good, the bid is good for US (around $1 CPI, a bit more) and the scale is shit.
Any advice?

The CPM for first month of year is re-change. I think this is big impact. So that why you can’t get less impression. I think you need test more range bid from 0.7 to 1.5$

Also improve Store listing.
