Getting a screenshot of the game and store it in Galley in Android and iOS

Hello.
I wonder how to get a screenshot from the game while running on the mobile Android or iOS based devices and store it in Gallery.
If it is not possible to store it in Gallery - anywhere will do.
As well if there is such asset which works on Unity 2021 - will be great too.
