Getting a server to play test game on with friends and how to implement it?

Opening the port is out of the question in this case due to me not being the owner of my network. I have tried using other ways to open the port lke playit.gg but failed to connect the client to server. My last resort here is to rent a server for a fee to be able to play test with friends, if I were to do so would it be easy to implement said server ip:port into my existing game?

PlayFlow couldn’t be a better option. It’s intended specifically for testing your multiplayer games and it’s free! They do have some very affordable paid tiers as well.
