Getting autocomplete working in any IDE on Ubuntu

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody has managed to get autocomplete/intellisense working with Unity on Ubuntu, I’ve tried Visual Studio Code and MonoDevelop, neither work whatsoever. I’ve tried the myriad fixes like generating csproj files etc that I have managed to find but 99% of posts are talking about Windows. I don’t mind switching IDE to something that works better on Linux.

Did you installed through Unity or on your own?

To get everything connected you have to install it through the UnityHub
