Apologies for posting here, but the Answers section is barren, nobody online can find an answer, nobody I know that uses Unity can help me, these forums have no help section, and Google shows no results. I just want to contact Unity to request their help. It just keeps re-directing me to forums and the Answers page. How do I directly contact the developers about a crippling bug that makes Unity impossible to use?

More than one, actually. The forums are more about Unity users helping each other, though. Official Unity employees occasionally respond to questions here, but that’s not expected scenario when you post.

As noted, post your question in proper section for community support. Most ‘bugs’ people seek help with are actually bugs in their own code, not Unity. And Unity staff isn’t really there to troubleshoot your code, though they do occasionally respond in the forums. If it is an actual bug, report as noted above. Closing.
