Getting rid of the game objects' auxiliary lines in the editor

Hi! We’re using NGUI for our game project and the UI artist in my team is now going through all the game screens in order to make some final adjustments. He finds a little bit annoying the fact that the Unity editor adds all this auxiliary lines to a widget when it gets selected and he asked me whether there’s a way to actually disable those lines. I’ve been looking through the options and did a google search, but I had no luck. Can you help me with this? Is it even possible to disable these lines?

Thanks in advance!

Well you can disable certain script or component generated editor gizmos by disabling them in the Gizmos menu at the top of your scene view. If you want to disable the wireframe representation of the generated mesh, you can set the alpha of the wireframe color to 0.0
