Getting som issuse with unity, Scene View gets a strange Black/White flickring?

When im zoomed out from the Terrain its all ok as show on the video, but when i zoom down on the terrain it stats to flicker. Any one seen this and know how to fix it?

I’m getting the exact same thing, its super annoying, idk why its happening, it seems like a few people are getting it since 3.2
If you emulate to direct x 7 it stops, or shader model 1, also if you lower the Base Map Distance, but its still very fraustrating because I don’t want to have to do any of these thngs!
Have you found a solution yet?

the only thing i found that helped is the flikering goes away if you apply a material to the terrain.
