Getting the "Something went wrong, Try signing in again" Error on Unity Hub 3.9.1

My students are getting the “Something went wrong, Try signing in again” Error on Unity Hub 3.9.1
Network has been configure
the Proxy has been checked
I have new Lenovo Think stations with windows 11. I previously had MACs that the students had no problem logging into Unity on. Ever since the new ones were installed we have had this issue.

Could Windows 11 or the think station itself be the problem?
We have tried everything HELP!
