Title says it all, really.

I want to get the sum of the absolute values of each axis in a Vector3, such that this `Vector3(-5, 3.2, -7)`

would give me `15.2`

. Is there an elegant/best practiced way to do this?

```
Vector3 vec= new Vector3(-5f, 3.2f, 7f);
float total = Mathf.Abs(vec.x) + Mathf.Abs(vec.y) + Mathf.Abs(vec.z);
```

You will get that 15.2 value.
