I received an asset that I already own as part of a recent Humble Bundle and would like to know if I can gift it to someone or otherwise donate it/give it away/etc?

If your question was if you’re allowed to gift vouchers, then the answer is yes. You can transfer vouchers. You can’t transfer accounts or individual assets that have already been redeemed/purchased on accounts.
