Gizmo Icons reset on launch (in 2019.4?)

I’m currently using Unity 2019.4.3f1, though I don’t see anything in later changelogs to make me think this is some resolved issue.

So every time I relaunch Unity, these Gizmo Icons are turned on

It’s kind of annoying that I have to shut these off every time I launch unity now. It didn’t used to be that way. Is this a bug or some intended behavior? Am I just doing something stupid?

Curious if anyone else can comment on this before I put in a bug report.

Just put in a bug report. Still happens on latest version of 2019.4 LTS.
