Gizmo missing and can't adjust angle

Hi,

I’m currently learning the Space Shooter tutorial and I have really seemed to hit a snag with this one.

First, the Gizmo on the top right of the scene view is not present. Secondly, whenever I try to focus on my spacecraft, it will not allow me to zoom onto it like it is shown on the tutorial (Lesson 3 - Space Shooter)

Here is the view I am getting (Notice the Gizmo is not present):

If someone could help me correct this I would very much appreciate it.

You are currently in 2D mode (indicated by the highlighted 2D Button of the Scene View status bar).
Just click on it to switch back to 3D mode and you will get 3D Gizmo back.
