Global fog on mobile devices...

Hi guys ! A simple question, If i want to create a game that is good on many devices as possible, the global fog filter is too much heavy for these mobile devices ?

Global fog is an image effect. How “heavy” it is relates to how many pixels must be drawn (i.e. the screen resolution) compares to how powerful the processor is.

Some mobile device manufacturers have been creating large, high density screens while not increasing the GPU that must draw all those pixels accordingly - these are the devices for which image effects are most costly.
