Why only my global light does work but the other lights doesnt? In game they doesnt work but I can see them in the scene. In 2D

Can you please share your Lighting Settings, and maybe maybe describe a bit more what is going on in the scene. The more info, the better 
Also, lighting in 2D works very different.
