I was just wondering if there was any way to stop the glow of particles but keep it on objects when using the Glow camera image effect. I understand that glow is all based on alpha levels, and particles obviously need alphas to well, be particles. So if I have a whole scene thats glowing, how can I keep the particles from not being effected?
Is this too complex or possibly requires script? Thanks!
You actually don’t need any scripting to achieve this. Just put a second camera that only sees the particles (via the layers) as a child of your main camera. Lastly make the second camera render on top of the main camera.
