Going to plan a game called 'Mimbles'

Just some ball-alike characters that are on a quest of adventure. I can’t script or model though… D:

What can you do?

You mean you can’t script or model yet right?

Because if you want to actually realise your game, you’ll mess around with Unity and a free modelling software package (or hell, just use geometric primitives in Unity!), make a lot of small projects for learning purposes, and eventually pick up a few tricks.

Great advice  +1

That’s what I’m going to do now.

Not to be a jerk, but what exactly is the point of this thread? You’ve stated the name of your game and a theme. That’s not even remotely the most important part of your game. What’s the gameplay?

What’s the more descriptive statement: “I’m making a game based on King Arthur” or “I’m making a strategic/tactical RPG”?

is it an MMO?

(retracted : seems the question was serious and not a jab at tc)

Good luck, we all had to start somewhere epictwist. Don’t be afraid to post updates in the thread, I do it on another forum and it helps me keep minimally steady progress.

it’s not our place to judge other people’s time and their use of their time, so if someone wants to make a game with a 2048x2048 triangle thats their business. We either post in a helpful manner or don’t bother posting. Good luck with the adventure.

The best place to begin learning unity, is definately following the tutorials.

i hope you get people for your game  dont let people shoot you down  Good Luck
