I’m just wondering if there are any good medieval 3rd person assets that include animations? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

This guys characters typically include lots of good animations (More than most character assets on the asset store), and they’re all on sale.
Consider getting your models and animations separately, and use Unity’s built-in humanoid animation retargeting. This will let you get the best of both worlds. You can also save on project size and memory use by sharing animations across your characters. UMA has a growing library of medieval outfits that you can apply to customizable characters. (The UMA Characters link in my signature points to some nice medieval outfits on the Asset Store.)
